What story do you want to tell? How science is portrayed on the News

It is not only important what science stories are covered in the news, but also how they are covered. The same story can be told in a multitude of different ways. We’ll look at a case study where one story is presented very differently by the BBC than on Channel 4 News, and also by the source themselves. How does language, the type of interviewee, and the choice of having a presenter or a science translator change the nature of the story?
